The IEEE JSYP 2025 Congress brings together IEEE students, alumni, and young professionals from across
Jordan for an inspiring day focused on the Internet of Things (IoT). Organized by the IEEE Jordan University of Science and
Technology Student Branch, the congress features hands-on workshops, innovative tech showcases, and networking
opportunities that bridge creativity, technology, and real-world impact.
Jordan IEEE DAY 2025
Jordan IEEE Day celebrates innovation, technology, and collaboration
among IEEE members across Jordan through workshops, competitions,
and community activities organized by IEEE Jordan section and its' student branches.
Leadership Summit 2025
The IEEE Jordan Leadership Summit 2025 is an annual in-person program
that we will hold every year to elevate student branches and chapters to a
world-class level, focusing on developing leadership skills within the IEEE
Jordan community, specifically for Chairs, Counselors, and Advisors.
JSYP 2024
The IEEE JSYP 2024 Congress gathered IEEE students and young professionals from across
Jordan for an exciting day centered on Game Development. Organized by the IEEE University of Jordan Student Branch,
the event featured interactive workshops, creative challenges, and networking sessions that explored the art, design,
and technology behind modern gaming.
PITCHINNO 2024
IEEE PITCHINNO is a student entrepreneurship competition organized by the IEEE Region 8 Entrepreneurship Committee,
designed to spark inspiration and drive innovation among Jordanian youth by empowering them to turn bold ideas
into impactful ventures. The 2024 edition was organized by the IEEE Hashemite University Student Branch.
IEEEXtreme 18.0 competition
IEEEXtreme 18.0 in Jordan, hosted by the IEEE Al Hussein Technical University Student Branch,
drew 450+ participants, ranking 8th globally. Jordan shined with Best Leader and Co-Leader awards, and a
team placing 7th worldwide—showcasing strong technical talent and competitive spirit.
AI Modeling Hackathon 2025
IEEE Jordan AI Modeling Hackathon 1.0 brought university teams together for a weekend to build AI
models with expert tools, industry mentorship, and recruitment opportunities tied to their final presentations.
The event was organized by the IEEE Al-Ahliyya Amman University Student Branch.
IMPACT 2025
IEEE Computer Society at Tafila Technical University,
in collaboration with IEEE Young Professionals Jordan, is proud to present IMPACT 2025.
This groundbreaking event focuses on immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality,
Augmented Reality, and the Metaverse, offering an unparalleled experience that bridges innovation and knowledge.
IEEE R8 SYP Congress 2024 - France
The SAC team and a group of students from Jordan participated in the IEEE Region 8
Students & Young Professionals (SYP) Congress - Grenoble 2024. This annual event,
the largest in Region 8, brought together 300 attendees from 56 countries.
IEEE R8 Sectional SB Chapters Coordinator Training 2024 - Tunisia
The SAC participated in the Sectional SB Chapters Coordinator Training organized by IEEE R8 SAC in Tunisia.
Following the training, they represented Jordan at the IEEE TSYP congress.
IEEE R8 SB Counselor Training Program 2024 - Italy
Seven Jordanian student branch counselors and chair of SAC joined the two-day IEEE R8 SB Counselor
Training Program 2024 in Lecce, Italy, where they acquired key insights and exchanged
best practices with peers from across the region.
IEEE Jordan Sports League
The IEEE Jordan Sports League launched as Jordan’s largest university-level sports event,
hosted at Philadelphia University, featuring four tournaments across 10 student branches
and 250 participants—promoting teamwork, healthy competition, and community engagement.
